The Process is a simple process to accept TechMinfy Account as a Payee account.

  • A request email will be sent to your root account from TechMinfy.

  • Upon accepting, the billing happens under TechMinfy’s account.

In partnership with Amazon Web Services, TechMinfy has structured its AWS Billing Management.

Tata BSS, DE Shaw, ICRISAT and many more have moved away from credit card billing to Invoice based billing by giving them the comfort of Compliances and technical support being taken care by a single entity like ours.

In partnership with Amazon Web Services, TechMinfy has structured its AWS Billing Management Program to provide the following benefits to our customers:

  • Free your staff from tedious resource allocation and account billing tasks.

  • Techminfy allocates dedicated resource to generate invoices and billing reports for your account.

  • Identify cost overruns, with forward looking thresholds, before exceeding budget.

  • Access to TechMinfy technical resources

  • Support for both new account setup and linking of existing customer accounts

  • AWS Infrastructure optimization analysis and recommendations

No, TechMinfy will not have access to your root account.

TechMinfy acts as an intermediary between you and Amazon Web Services. An invoice will be generated at the beginning of each month based on the actuals.

No additional costs will be included in your bill. We shall charge you based on the actual AWS Bill.

For any queries, please raise a ticket by registering on www.techminfy.com/register .

Past due accounts may have their services suspended at any time, without notice. The further past due you are, the more likely that this will happen.

Note that you are responsible for ensuring that we have a current and working e-mail address for you, to which you’re bills and other notices are sent.

One month of prior notice to be given in written by the concerned representative or from your management.

Upon termination and withdrawing our services you shall punch in your card details using the AWS Console and pay it through your respective credit/debit card.
